Hi! My name is Cindy
and my mission is all about empowering teams and nurturing leaders in the sales, manufacturing, and construction industries.
With a rich history spanning over thirty years, I've had the privilege of making a positive impact in sales, manufacturing, and leadership. I started my journey with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University, and I later achieved my Master’s degree from Bradley University with a strong focus on leadership, graduating with top honors. I'm also proud to share that I've completed my education at Coach University, highlighting my dedication to personal growth.
But my passion goes beyond my own learning. During my time at Bradley University, I taught "Managing in Organizations" and "Team Dynamics," helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow. In 2007, I channeled my manufacturing expertise into the creation of VisionShift. Through this venture, I've had the privilege of working with notable industry giants like Caterpillar, offering them valuable consultancy services. I've also had the honor of contributing to Bradley University’s EMBA program, where I got to coach and share my knowledge. Additionally, I've played a significant role in the corporate world, providing executive coaching for renowned companies like State Farm.
My true passion lies at the heart of dynamic communication, leadership, motivation, sales training and overall happiness. My toolkit is quite extensive, featuring certifications in DISC, Driving Forces, Tri-Metrix HD, EQ (Emotional Intelligence), and The Prioritized Leader. At VisionShift, my guiding principle is "where aspirations meet reality," and my strength lies in helping individuals transform into exceptional talents, while also propelling organizations to reach new heights. I'm excited to be on this journey, and I'm here to support you and your team in achieving your goals and realizing your full potential. Let's connect and explore how we can work together to bring about positive change and growth.
